Contributes own expertise to achieve outcomes for the business unit. • Undertakes objective, systematic analysis and draws accurate conclusions based on evidence. Skills Requirements: • University degree in Information Technology, IS or equivalent academic degree • Certified Project Management (Agile (Scrum Framework) PMP / Prince 2) • 8 years of experience in IT Field – Design & Development • 4 years of experience in Finance / Banking industry • Demonstrated experience managing technology moves and new branch • 4+ years of experience in ITIL Service Management processes: Change and Release • Good understanding of banking IT Infrastructure • Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information • Management operations, and with ITSM best practices • Understanding of General IT Service Management policies, procedures, and best practices • Understanding and experience of digital solutions
